Hello, you're looking at a vintage stoneware crock for kitchen utensils. It measures about 7 x 5 inches. It is glazed with neutral colors, brown at the top and a sandy tan/beige for the bottom that may purely be a clear glaze over the original pottery shade.

Condition-wise it has some manufacturing imperfections like a light glaze drip trail and some rougher bits on the outer bottom. There is also a small chip on the bottom and a circle of utensil wear on the inner bottom. Please see photos for more detail on the condition.
