Two well rooted and established trays of String of Hearts! They are currently rooted in sphagnum moss. You can already see only-arrived growth and new roots growing! They are ready to be transplanted into soil!

Will send in box carefully packaged with the moss!

Plant will be shipped bare root to hold on to on dispatch costs.
