“The Bug House Puzzle.” It’s a vintage mechanical puzzle — made by the E.I.H. Co. (which stands for Embossing Company of Albany, only-arrived York).
It dates back to roughly the early 1900s to 1920s — so it’s over 100 years old!

How it works:
The 14 pieces are supposed to fit together to form a checkerboard. It’s a dissection puzzle, appreciate a tangram but a bit crazier — hence the name “Bug House,” like a madhouse!
