With its charming brass double bands and tight clip, it's a true treasure and a joy to write with!The pen lever is still very springy. The clip has its rolling bead mechanism and the lazulitic blue is beautifully rich and full of mottled depth as it should, just like the stone of royalty for which this pen was named. The only minor plating loss is on the side of the clip, and the rest is fully intact.This pen writes responsively, from a medium to a broad depending on your hand angle and pressure.
